If anyone has additional needs for learning, please make me aware during interview. This then allows time to set suitable lesson plans to suit your learning requirements. Anything you wish to discuss with me about additional needs will be kept confidential between myself and the student – as everyone has the right to learn with no judgement or barriers.

The beauty industry is in high demand all over the world, not only will you gain skills and knowledge from your qualifications. you also get the opportunity to work anywhere in the world.

You have the luxury of flexibility and can work either for an established business or be your own boss.

Certification:

Once learners have completed a course at Naomi’s Beauty Training Academy they will receive a certificate. This will allow students to apply for beauty insurance to work in the beauty industry. Please be mindful when choosing courses, as only accredited training courses will qualify for beauty insurance.

Lunch will be provided on your training day to ensure you stay energised and focused throughout the course.

We understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate you if you need to reschedule. However, if you wish to cancel, the following conditions apply:

Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance: No charge, and we will happily reschedule your course.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the course date: A 50% admin charge will apply to cover staffing costs.
Cancellations made within 48 hours: The full course fee will be charged.
Cancellation Process:
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to naomisbeautyacademy@outlook.com. Please include your booking details and reason for cancellation.

Insurance:
We recommend arranging your own cancellation insurance to cover any potential fees. Naomi’s Beauty Training Academy does not provide cancellation insurance but advises you to protect your booking with personal coverage.

Acts of God:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather), Naomi's Beauty Training Academy will not be liable for any cancellations caused by "Acts of God." If the course is cancelled due to these reasons, we will work with you to reschedule, but availability cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by these circumstances.

At Naomi’s Beauty Training Academy, we expect all students to maintain professional standards of conduct throughout their training. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a positive and respectful environment:

Professional Manner:

• All students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards fellow students and clients during training sessions.

Bullying:

• We have a zero-tolerance bullying policy. Respectful behavior is required at all times. If this policy is breached, the student will be asked to leave the academy, and payments will not be refunded.

Dress Code:

• Black trousers or skirt with a black top or tunic.
• Flat shoes (no open-toe shoes).
• Hair tied back neatly.
• Small stud earrings, wedding bands, and watches only (no other jewelry).

Responsibility:

• Students are responsible for their own belongings. Naomi’s Beauty Training Academy is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

Punctuality:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your class to ensure that lessons start on time.

Premises:

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the premises.
• Please ensure your phone is switched to silent during lessons. If you need to make a call, please do so during breaks to avoid interrupting the class.
